Your Games, Recorded And Streamed

You may be wondering what the difference is between the more affordable Game Capture HD60 and the Game Capture HD60 S. The updated S model utilizes a faster USB 3.0 connection, while older external devices like the original HD60 utilize USB 2.0. It's also worth noting that the S model includes a USB-C connection, which allows for a more seamless hookup to the 2016 MacBook Pro.

Plug an HDMI cable (or Component cable) into the device you will be using to play. The prior model the HD60 only supported USB 2.0 and it's on-board H.264 encoder caused a lag between what was being played on the monitor and what appeared in the stream view.

Lack of portability - Seeing as the Colossus 2 is an internal capture card, it can only be used with desktop PCs. There are a whole bunch of options to configure when it comes to the quality of the footage, but if you're not streaming and you want it to look its best then crank everything up to high and leave it on 1080p60.
